Not all issues can be solved remotely, fees still apply for trying, but if you bring your computer to us, we can discount your instore fee.
Pricing:
Minimum Fee = $49
1 hour = $99
Over 1 hour = $20 per 15 min.
** we highly recommend you preinstall the "Hop To Desk" software beforehand and call us with the "remote address"...this will save you $$$ (see links below)
